Here in our small and individual Berlin Bed & Breakfast Am Park you will a small, cosy accomodation with personal atmosphere for a reasonable prize.
Our Berlin Guesthouse is located in a central position close to the subway stations "Kaiserdamm" and "Sophie-Charlotte-Platz", as well as the S-Bahn Station "ICC/Messe Nord". The acces to the Autobahn ist only a few hundert meters away. The fairground is in walking distance and the western city center with the "Kurfürstendamm" is only four subway stations away.
Opposite our Berlin Bed and Breakfast Berlin you find the small lake Lietzensee with its park which invites for jogging, walking and relaxing.
In our neighbourhood there are a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Due to the small number of rooms we have a familiar and personal atmosphere.
All rooms are equipped with a refrigirator, TV, telephone and hairdryer. Most rooms are equipped with a privte bathroom, but we alternativly supply basic-rooms with a shared bathroom.
In walking distance from the Pension am Park we have the Pension Bismarck. A second small and cosy house.
